The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. (ISRI) is the nonprofit trade association that is the "Voice of the Recycling Industry." Based in Washington, DC, ISRI represents more than 1,600 private and public for-profit companies that process, broker, and industrially consume all scrap commodities, and provide equipment and services to the scrap industry.
ISRI members are manufacturers and processors, brokers and industrial consumers of scrap commodities, including ferrous and nonferrous metals, paper, electronics, rubber, plastics, glass, and textiles. ISRI's associate members include equipment and service providers to the scrap recycling industry.
