Brett Oubre brings to the panel his experiences as President/Dealer of Ville Platte Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Winnsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Lakeside Ford. In addition to this, he is a talented speaker and coaches on everything from sales to leadership.

John Marazzi

General Manager / Managing Partner Sun Toyota / Brandon Honda

John Marazzi has been in the automobile business since he first started washing cars part-time at his father’s New Jersey dealership at the age of 12. He moved to Tampa, Florida at 17 and got a job as a car salesman at Clearwater Toyota, where he was promoted to sales management in just one month for standout achievement. 

He is not an “ivory tower” kind of guy, but a down-to-earth, hands-on leader with a clear vision. Over the years, he has created a powerful personal brand that has become synonymous with honesty, integrity, and fair dealing. Setting a higher standard for all dealerships, John has built a following of loyal customers who willingly drive further for a hassle-free car buying experience and greater satisfaction. He first made a name for himself at the age of 27, when he became General Sales Manager and then General Manager of Ft. Myers Toyota, a small, family-run dealership, where he completely reengineered the sales and service teams and operations to be more customer-centric. By 2007, Ft. Myers Toyota had become the #1 volume pre-owned dealer and #8 volume Toyota dealer in the United States.

He moved on to two other Southwest Florida dealerships in Naples and Fort Myers, where he again transformed the entire culture to focus on the customer experience. He hired adaptable, motivated achievers, training them to listen and interpret customers’ needs, energizing, empowering them, and rewarding them better than competitors. He turned both dealerships into sharp, responsive teams that functioned cohesively, solved problems, and turned in results that set records in sales, service and customer satisfaction.

In 2011, John moved back to Tampa to join Larry Morgan and Brett Morgan of the Morgan Auto Group in buying Brandon Honda. Five years later, he was also named General Manager of Morgan Auto Group’s Sun Toyota. Both dealerships saw dramatic sales, service and customer service results soon after John took the helm.

Matt Lasco

Vice President Lasco Auto Group

Matt Lasco, Vice President of Lasco Auto Group and President of Matt Lasco Advertising & Consulting. Son of a 30+ year Ford dealer, 20 year veteran of Sales and automotive marketing, and a Keynote Speaker at Digital Dealer 21 in Las Vegas. Matt is a genuine auto enthusiast with vast experience in consulting Automotive Dealers on process, marketing, and financials. The family Ford dealership started at 80 units per month and has grown to selling 350 units per month over the last 10 years. Spring of 2017 Lasco Auto Group grew gaining a Mitsubishi store which has been Ranked #1 for the state of Michigan since pening. Matt studied marketing and automotive at Northwood University. When Matt isn’t at work he’s spending time with his wife Jamie Lasco and their son, Maxx.
