Workplaces are experiencing a greater generational gap with hiring of more college graduates and delayed retirement of seniors. AREAS COVERED • Defining the KEY GENERATIONS • Methods to combat “BRAIN DRAIN” • How multi-generational issues can impact EMPLOYEE TURNOVER • Keeping ALL generations engaged on the job, in a meeting, during training • A specific PLAN OF ACTION LEARNING OBJECTIVES How are multi-generational issues impacting your business? What will be the long-term effects of "Brain Drain"? Organizations have as many as four generations currently in the workplace. How organizations engage the younger workers and develop succession plans will determine the future success of the organization.
