About The HRSouthwest Conference
The HRSouthwest Conference (HRSWC), founded in 1941, has evolved into the largest gathering of human resource professionals in the nation. With over 100 educational sessions, an exhibit hall of more than 200 vendors, and nationally renowned keynote speakers, it is recognized as one of the premier human resource events of the year.
In 1994, The Conference was moved to Fort Worth to accommodate further growth and will remain in Fort Worth over the next few years. Fort Worth provides ample hotel rooms in the Downtown area and provides many safe options for after-hour activities.
