When offering CLE credit, NARUC abides by the rules and regulations of all applicable professional accrediting boards and agencies. NARUC will not be able to provide CLE credit for attendees who leave the session before the program ends. To attain CLE compliance, ensure the integrity of our CLE processes and preserve the high value of our CLE offerings for all attendees, please attend and stay until the sessions ends.
Continuing Legal Education Credit will be applied for in many States.
NARUC meetings are open to the public! Registration fees apply to all attendees.
About NARUC:
Founded in 1889, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to representing the State public service commissions who regulate the utilities that provide essential services such as energy, telecommunications, water, and transportation.
NARUC's members include all fifty States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Most State commissioners are appointed to their positions by their Governor or Legislature, while commissioners in 14 States are elected.
