Overview & Attendees:
Our history began in 1950 when a group of women courageously banded together to form the Society of Women Engineers. We channel their spirit and tenacity daily, and annually, we continue to build upon the tradition of women helping one another establish a voice and a path in the engineering world. During our annual conference, we bring together leaders, businesses, organizations, universities and innovators in the industry. You bring your enthusiasm, perspective and plenty of business cards. Everyone leaves with inspiration and a renewed sense of pride in the engineering profession. In addition to networking and professional development opportunities, attendees can expect to find and renew friendships while connecting with potential employers. Take three days to change the course of your personal history with a myriad of opportunities for growth and development.
More than 6,000 members from across the globe will join in a three-day educational celebration of all things engineering.
Capture the interest of the more than 6,000 attendees that will descend upon Baltimore when you reserve a booth at the SWE Career Fair. A much-anticipated annual event, the fair allows companies to connect with motivated, enthusiastic potential employees. We are honored to host one of the largest career events specifically for engineers. If you would like to be a part of this exciting and productive event, there are many exhibitor opportunities available. Register to exhibit today!
