Each spring, the Florida Strawberry Festival® rolls out the red carpet to welcome visitors from throughout the Sunshine State and the world. Event Overview:

The idea that started with a few cowboys gathering to have some fun and show off what they do for a living has turned into a spectacular three-day event held in May annually and is enjoyed by thousands of western heritage enthusiasts.

In 1985, a few local cowboys formed teams to compete in authentic ranch activities that involved a scoring system used to determine who was the best working ranch. It was an event that not only challenged the participants but it drew a crowd and established a way to support a local charity.

Long before the name Western Heritage Classic was recognized, the ranch rodeo competition included five events – bronc riding, wild cow milking, team penning, team roping and calf branding. Points accumulated over a two-day period. The same format is still followed today.

As the event began to grow, organizers set a goal to build a prestigious event that would preserve western heritage traditions. Activities during the annual event are designed to embody the essence of cowboy lifestyle and history. Everything that happens during the three-day event ties back to the cowboy heritage and "the way it was" back on the ranch generations ago.

Today, the Western Heritage Classic is recognized internationally. Held on the grounds of the Taylor County Expo Center in Abilene, Texas, the three-day weekend event's showcase is the Ranch Rodeo; though it offers many activities that feature western interests as well as history. Event Overview:

Tradexpos proudly presents the Annual Fort Wayne Farm Show at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. When Jack Thill started the Fort Wayne Farm Show, he envisioned a trade show where the farm community could come together with agri-business leaders to learn about and compare the latest equipment and products in this ever-changing marketplace. Now, in its 30th year, Jack’s vision has grown to become one of the nation’s most respected farm shows, attracting qualified attendees from many states. Our exhibitors present the latest farm technology the industry has to offer along with the area’s largest variety of farm machinery equipment, in one location.

With the completion of the new Conference Center, the show now offers approximately 1100 booths. This will allow us to display some of the larger pieces of equipment we have had to previously turn away and to include many new exhibitors previously on the waiting list to get into the show. The new expansion features carpeted booths.

Event Overview:

The Virginia Farm Show is the only agricultural trade show in Virginia that caters to full-time as well as the part-time farmer. In addition to exhibits of all the major lines of equipment and services there is a Skid Steer Rodeo for all the attendees to watch as well as participate in. The Diamond Level Sponsor of this event is the Virginia Farm Bureau. This event enables participants to compete for trophies and cash prizes for all major lines of skid steers.

Originally organized by the Virginia Agribusiness Council in 1996, the show has doubled in size since Lee Publications, Inc. (publishers of the Farm Chronicle) took over management of the show in 1997.

Attendees are a quality crowd of full-time and part-time farmers from Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and North Carolina. So please join us for the show to see equipment ranging from milking parlors to tractors and even portable sawmills!

The 2021 Original Miami Beach Antique Show (OMBAS), which is slated to take place March 12th – 16th at the Miami Beach Convention Center, has been cancelled. While we had remained hopeful that we would be able to come together in-person this March, we are reluctantly compelled to cancel this event due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, including current government restrictions and limitations on both domestic and international travel. 

The health and safety of every exhibitor and attendee of our event, as well as our internal team, remains our highest priority.

Continued developments have made it impossible to effectively host an OMBAS that delivers the level of connection and value our community expects. For over 56 years, OMBAS has been a pinnacle event within the antiques market. By cancelling the 2021 edition, we can ensure that we are able to maintain the long-standing reputation of OMBAS as a destination event that celebrates discovery of a vast array of product offerings.

The Wilmington Coin Club presents the Annual Wilmington Coin Show

The Wilmington Coin Club is chartered as a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Delaware and is dedicated to promoting interest in and enjoyment of the collection and study of coins, paper currency, tokens and medals, and was created for the benefit of its members and the local numismatic community. The original Wilmington Coin Club (WCC) was founded approximately seventy-five years ago, but ceased to meet sometime during the 1950's. In 1960's, the Club was reorganized and has held regular meetings ever since. WCC is dedicated to promoting interest in coin collecting through both social and educational activities. Our membership ranges from beginners to experts, and visitors are always welcome to attend our regular meetings.
