Crye-Leike Real Estate Services had a rockin' time at the 80s themed annual conference in Sandestin, FL, hosted at the Hilton Hotel. Over 550 agents and managers throughout the nine-state region, along with Crye-Leike's ancillary services and vendors, gathered to enjoy four days of fun, learning, training and much more.
The conference kicked-off with a warm welcome from Co-Founders Harold Crye and Dick Leike, who gave an update on the latest company news and announced 12 new branch offices. President of Residential Sales Steve Brown and Chief Information Officer Gurtej Sodhi followed with updates on the real estate market and technology trends throughout the company.
This year's conference also featured two keynote speakers, Laura Scott and Tami Spaulding. Scott spoke about "future proofing" a real estate business, and Spaulding revealed how Ninja can increase agents' income while still being able to enjoy everyday life.
With two days worth of 35 breakout session classes, agents were able to learn about important tools such as Moxi Works, Homesnap, Transaction Desk and social media. It didn't just stop at that - there were also numerous classes that dove deeper into tips and tricks of being a Realtor, such as how to relieve stress and maximize health, creating a plan for future success, lessons from legacy agents, and much more. It was a great space for agents to learn how to optimize their businesses, while continuing to develop their lives outside of real estate!
In between sessions, agents had the opportunity to shop for Crye-Leike merchandise at the company store, hosted by the Crye-Leike Marketing Department.
Luckily, it wasn't all work. Agents were able to participate in a beach volleyball tournament, a golf tournament, a talent show and a sunset jam session. The networking opportunities over the course of the conference were endless.
The last day closed with a busy vendor expo filled with numerous vendors, affiliated services and agents - all dressed in 80s gear of course.
The conference was a hit and enjoyed by many. Crye-Leike extends a huge thank you to everyone who made this happen again, and to all of those who attended!
