Exhibitor Information:

In this day and age, technology has allowed a business relationship to be consummated without the buyer ever meeting or even speaking directly with the seller.  When a distributor works with a supplier in that way the loyalty and customer service is not backed up by the proverbial "handshake", the personal trust that comes from working with the customer face-to-face to establish that essential business relationship.  The goal of HARDI’s Conference Booth Program is to provide an opportunity for distributors and their current suppliers as well as an opportunity for suppliers to meet potential customers face-to-face and create a relationship that goes beyond the bottom line.

HARDI Solutions Center

The Solutions Center not only provides a way to supply the distributor with answers to business needs  but also provides that all important “human” contact that keeps distributors loyal to their vendors and vendors willing to go the extra mile for their distributor customer.  It is an opportunity for Service Vendors, Energy Efficiency and Affiliate Partners and Purchasing/Marketing Groups to capture the attention of the distributors and demonstrate new techniques, technologies and more efficient ways for customers to manage and grow their businesses.

“Activity is not Productivity: Raising Execution Through Reclaiming WhiteSpace”

Every executive and team has only a select handful of true priorities. And they'll do anything to move them forward quickly and triumphantly. But when talented workers are lost in unnecessary emails, meetings, reporting and other low-value tasks, they crawl toward these pivotal objectives. Distraction, interruption and unnecessary complexity further addle their creative spark. And they have no time to think.

Imagine instead a workplace where a majority of time is spent on tasks of true importance. Where thoughtful time is a priority and where norms and habits protect employees from touching work that drains them. This is a WhiteSpace culture, one where strategic pauses allow time for strategy and insight — and its creation may be more possible than you think.

In this high-energy session, we'll learn the basics of bringing positive changes such as these to you and your organization by examining the critical difference between activity and true productivity, between cramming in more tasks and selectively choosing to dive into the right ones with thoughtfulness.

We also meet and arm ourselves against The Thieves of Productivity, a group of positive assets that can often run amuck. By examining the surprising downside of these attributes, we create a customized road map toward more WhiteSpace at the individual, team and organizational level.

“The Economic Outlook, U.S., Canada and Mexico”

As HARDI’s Chief Economist, Beaulieu’s ability to entertain and captivate is matched only by his industry expertise. He will share the latest economic trends and background and provide the forecasts that he and his savvy team at ITR Economics produce with astounding accuracy.

“High Performance”

High Performance is a mindset, a process and a state of being that accelerates everyday performance and achievement. Individuals and teams that embrace High Performance begin a journey toward excellence and elevated execution that has the power to carry them beyond their expectations.

Elevated choices create elevated results. The logic is simple. But how do we get there? Making better choices isn’t about knowing the future, it’s about setting yourself up for success, every single day. Hindsight is everything because learning from the past is the key to plotting the future. There’s no better way to examine the past than through a debrief. Performance is also grounded in individual and team beliefs and how we see the world.

Research has shown time and time again the effects of a positive mindset. When our mind is grateful, it actually changes the way we see the world. It re-centers our priorities, it activates emotions that lead to happiness and it leaves us in a more open state, willing to embrace otherwise unforeseen opportunities. With a grateful mindset, we can see our options and their outcomes more clearly.
