Each spring, the Association for Asian Studies (AAS) holds a four-day conference devoted to planned programs of scholarly papers, roundtable discussions, workshops, and panel sessions on a wide range of issues in research and teaching, and on Asian affairs in general.

The Association for Asian Studies Annual Conference is the largest Asian Studies conference held in North America. With over 3,000 attendees, 370 panel sessions, a book exhibition, and much more, the AAS Annual Conference is the must-attend event for anyone interested in the study of Asia.
