The Watermark Conference for Women provides one full day of connection, motivation, networking, inspiration and skill building for thousands of women each year. Since the first Conference in 2015, this annual event has grown to become the largest gathering of its kind in California. Dozens of expert speakers lead workshops and seminars on the issues that matter most to women, including workplace equity, personal finance, entrepreneurship, health, work/life balance and more. The Conference offers incredible opportunities for networking, professional development and personal growth.
The Workplace Summit is geared toward male & female managers who want to create warm & collaborative workplaces that work for everyone. In this focused afternoon of seminars, workshops, and discussion breaks, we bring a wealth of thought leaders together to arm attendees with the knowledge they need to tackle real workplace issues around diversity, inclusion and culture.
In today’s world, the Workplace Summit offers the most cost-effective and time-efficient way to deliver real solutions to middle managers and above.
The mission of the Conferences for Women is to promote, communicate and amplify the influence of women in the workplace and beyond. At our annual nonpartisan, nonprofit conferences, we bring together thousands of active professionals to connect, renew, and find inspiration in community.
We are committed to helping close the pay gap, eliminate gender discrimination and achieve parity in company leadership and on corporate boards. We inspire the next generation through our Young Women’s program and we support local nonprofit organizations.
The Conferences for Women harness the collective wisdom, experience and energy of inspirational women and men of all ages and backgrounds in service of our values: supporting and giving back to our growing nationwide community.
About Watermark, the organization
Watermark is a community of executive women in the San Francisco Bay Area, whose mission is to increase the representation of women at executive levels to drive innovation, human development and economic growth. The Watermark vision is to ensure women are able to make their mark in and for their companies, their careers and their communities by providing programs focused on connection, development and advocacy. The women of Watermark have created and led the most innovative and successful enterprises, contributing to all aspects of business, non-profits, technology, media, education, healthcare, law, government, and society. Founded in 1993 as the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE), Watermark has since expanded to include women leaders in all disciplines and industries.
With the inaugural Lead On Conference for Women in 2015, Watermark brought a wildly successful model of women’s professional development and networking opportunity to Silicon Valley. In August of 2015, the name of the Conference officially changed to the Watermark Conference for Women.
