Important: Take note that the application process has changed for 2019! While the booth selection priority system will remain the same, all interested sponsors and exhibitors are now invited to submit an application during the same early commitment period. What is IMAPS?

The International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) is the largest society dedicated to the advancement and growth of microelectronics and electronics packaging technologies through professional education.  IMAPS currently has more than 3,000 members around the world.  Members of the Society represent every discipline and specialty in the electronics industry and include both technical and marketing professionals, as well as professors and instructors in academic institutions.

What is IMAPS 2019?

The International Symposium on Microelectronics is the largest event hosted by IMAPS each year, featuring five topical tracks and over 125 technical presentations, several keynote speakers, professional development courses, special networking activities, Society awards and an exhibition over four days.  The 2019 Symposium will be the 52nd of its kind. 

Where and When?

The 52nd International Symposium on Microelectronics (IMAPS 2019) will be held September 30-October 3, 2019 at the Hynes Memorial Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.  Rooms are available in the IMAPS block on a first-come, first-served basis at the Sheraton Boston.
