Beginning in 2004 Bob Allen has worked as a Human Factors & Ergonomics Specialist for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, globally. Bob has a Ph.D. in Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Certification in Ergonomics from the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics.
