The American Association of Endocrine Surgeons invites you to attend the 39th Annual meeting of the AAES.
AAES is the leading endocrine surgery association in North America. In 2016, there were over 500 attendees at the annual meeting, including a large number of National and International Endocrine Surgeons, Otolaryngologists, Endocrinologists, and other Allied Health Members from community-based practices to academic institutions.
As always, the meeting will feature our traditional scientific sessions for oral and poster presentations as well as the Historical and Presidential Invited lectures. In 2018, our ability to collaborate with the Endocrine Society provides a unique opportunity to feature special symposia that are jointly hosted. Among these are symposia on thyroid cancer, interesting case presentations, and video-based education sessions. Also, the AAES and Endocrine Society will jointly host both basic and advanced thyroid and parathyroid ultrasound courses featuring didactic and hands-on learning stations: this will be offered to members of both societies on the Saturday preceding the meeting. Our fellows will also receive the latest updates in Endocrine Surgery by an outstanding faculty at Endocrine Surgery University!

The American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AAES) is dedicated to the advancement of the science and art of endocrine surgery. Our members have clinical expertise in and research interests that focus on endocrine surgical diseases. They are certified by either the American Board of Surgery of the United States, the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada or the equivalent governing boards in Mexico and South America. Our membership has recently expanded to include international leaders in endocrine surgery and allied specialists that have demonstrated a similar focus of practice. The AAES is committed to providing surgical expertise in diseases of the thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands as well as in neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas and GI tract. Our goal is to discover and promote the best treatments for endocrine disease to help improve our patients' lives.
