The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) is a professional medical association that represents more than 20,000 practicing osteopathic family physicians, residents and students throughout the United States. Its headquarters are located in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

ACOFP is one of eight organizations sponsoring FMAH – a comprehensive national campaign to advance the practice of family medicine in six key areas: Payment, Practice, Workforce, Technology, Engagement, and Research. Members are encouraged to join the grassroots network of FMAH volunteers who are shaping Family Medicine’s future.

ACOFP is partnering with COSEHC and SPH Analytics for a new member service – the Practice Transformation Initiative – providing four years of ACOFP Quality MarkersTM 7.0 and on-site practice transformation consulting, all free* to ACOFP members and their eligible staff.
