The Conference will examine the current state of traceability in the food industry and look into the future. Speakers will explore the role that consumers are playing in demanding greater transparency in the foods they buy and changes that FSMA and other regulations are driving. We’ll explore blockchain and how it’s being used to see if it’s something the spice industry should consider.
