Supplier Showcase - NEW!

Don’t miss this opportunity to personally connect with the key decision makers of moving companies! Attendees are seeking new products and solutions to help grow their moving business. This year’s expo features the Supplier Showcase - your chance to present your products and services, and directly connect with your ideal customer. The showcase will be located in the Expo, and participation is available only to exhibitors with premium booths (single or double). Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get up close and personal with moving business executives. The schedule for the Supplier Showcase will be developed once the exhibitors with premium booths are confirmed.

Scavenger Hunt - NEW!

In an effort drive traffic to the Expo, there will be a “scavenger hunt” administered via the conference’s mobile app. Attendees will have to find the exhibitor who matches each question for a chance to win great prizes. Complete details are still being finalized.

Best Booth Awards

The Best Booth Award was created to recognize AMSA exhibitors for their booth design, creativity and branding. All AMSA Expo exhibiting companies are eligible for the AMSA Best Booth Award. The categories and their respective criteria are listed below:

Best Overall Booth – an enticing booth with the best overall structure and appearance, product display, marketing message and materials

Best Booth Technology – the best use of innovation and integration of technology

Best Green Booth – the best use of renewable materials

Take advantage of this additional exposure and compete in the Best Booth Award competition. Judging takes place on the afternoon of Monday, April 9, and the winners will be announced during Tuesday’s General Session on April 10.

Truck Exhibit

Truck Exhibit Space (only available to AMSA members)

Back by popular demand! Does your company have a new truck, container or equipment that the industry must have? The best place to showcase it is in AMSA’s truck exhibit, which will be open during Expo hours inside the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. All under one roof, the Expo offers strategic space to interact with attendees and display your product. It’s the perfect place to demonstrate that great new addition to your line, and gives your customers and prospects an excellent visual so that they see exactly how it benefits them. The afternoon break on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday will be held inside the truck exhibit area, so you’re sure to generate traffic and interest! Specific placement will be determined based on sizes of all the pieces.
