The mission of Arrowhead EMS Association is to serve as the lead EMS planning agency in Northeastern Minnesota. The Association initiates regional planning and operations which address essential components and elements of a regional EMS system. Its purpose is to decrease morbidity and mortality from emergency and critical incidents, through facilitating, evaluating and implementing EMS activities.

Jason Dush serves as the EMS Manager for the Texas Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Office of the Chief of Staff. Proir to working for DPS, he was the Chief Operating officer for MedicOne Medical Response, which is a national ambulance transport company where he was previously the National Vice President of Clinical Services. Jason’s resume includes 21 years of paid EMS/Fire and 13 years as a Critical Care flight paramedic. Jason is passionate about EMS education and is a known speaker locally and nationally over the last 14 years for bringing a sense of humor, passion, energy and practical experience to his audience.
Reuben Farnsworth is the President of RockStar Education and Consulting and a Critical Care Paramedic with Delta County Ambulance District in Western Colorado. Reuben has been active in EMS for 15 years as an EMT, Paramedic, Critical Care Paramedic, FTO, and Education Coordinator. Reuben is a regular speaker at EMS Conferences throughout the country. Reuben is heavily certified in the alphabet soup disciplines as well as holding numerous other instructor certifications. He is an AHA Training Center Faculty member. Reuben is an engaging speaker with a talent for education.
