Tom Nolan is Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer at Kendra Scott LLC, the Austin-based fashion and lifestyle brand with 75+ stores across the United States. He is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth for the company and oversees all aspects of marketing and creative. He is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building brands and leading teams.
Prior to joining Kendra Scott, Mr. Nolan founded Prospect Brands LLC in 2012 and served as President & Chief Executive Officer. Prospect Brands is the parent company of Duck Head, Gyde, and Crittenden. Gyde is an outerwear brand and leading provider of wearable technology. Duck Head, acquired in 2013, is an iconic apparel lifestyle brand founded in 1865, and Crittenden, acquired in 2014, is a luxury menswear brand.
Before founding Prospect Brands, Mr. Nolan was a Senior Vice President at Ralph Lauren, where he ran the golf and tennis divisions, overseeing sales, marketing, public relations, manufacturing, merchandising, distribution, and overall business growth in North America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Prior to Ralph Lauren, Nolan was a Vice President & Publisher at Conde Nast, where he had P&L responsibility for Golf World Magazine, the nation’s oldest golf publication.
Mr. Nolan is a former member of the board of directors at Kendra Scott as well as Non-Executive Chairman of Summit Golf Brands. He currently serves on the board of trustees for the Piedmont Triad Foundation, board of directors for William Murray Golf LLC and the board of trustees at The Southern Golf Association. He holds a B.A. in business, finance, and communications from Fordham University, where he played both baseball and golf. He received his MBA from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
