Previously, Kate was founder and CEO of [meta]marketer, a first-of-its-kind analytics and strategy agency.

She also created the first content management role at Netflix, led cutting-edge online optimization work at, developed Toshiba America’s first intranet, built the first departmental website at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has held leadership and advisory positions in a variety of digital content and technology startups.
