The TASA/TASB Convention is the premier annual conference for Texas school board members and administrators.
Since 1960, the Convention has been designed to give leadership teams training unique to their roles in the state’s public school system. Board members, superintendents, and key administrators and staff are encouraged to attend together to learn more about issues facing our districts as well as their solutions.

Exhibit of School Architecture
The Exhibit of School Architecture highlights new construction and renovation projects in Texas that have taken place over the past five years.
TASA/TASB partner with the Texas Art Education Association to bring you this unique exhibit that showcases student artwork from across the state. The artworks are products of the best in visual art programs in Texas, and represent a broad range of ages, grades, media, and abilities.
Students from surrounding districts will put the creative process to work right before your very eyes! Demonstrations scheduled throughout the day.

Created in 1949, the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) is a voluntary, nonprofit, statewide educational association that serves and represents local Texas school districts.
TASB's membership includes all 1,030 Texas school districts, 20 regional education service centers, 50 community colleges, 16 tax appraisal districts, and 137 shared service arrangements. The Association represents the largest group of publicly elected officials in the state (more than 7,000 school board members) that serves over 4.9 million Texas students.
