The Lab is a full-day collaborative learning environment where you work side by side with industry partners to share ideas, uncover opportunities, and tackle the most important industry issues in the meetings industry today. Led by a dynamic host and industry thought leaders serving as zone facilitators, The Lab will challenge you to engage with your peers and partners.

Through a hub-and-spoke-designed learning environment, you will spend the morning exploring each of six zones of educational content. In the afternoon, you will be able to select the zone most relevant to you.

Get Down to Business

Taking place on day two, The Business Exchange is a series of one-on-one conversations where business gets done.

Kick off with breakfast and a TED-style recap of breakthroughs from The Lab. Following the recap, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct individual meetings with industry partners that you would like to consider for your upcoming events. You are not required to set up appointments—you will indicate your specific needs during registration so that we can match you with solutions providers to meet them.
