STERLING, IL (September 2, 2016) –HALO Branded Solutions announces the affiliation of A Branovan Company, a promotional products distributor based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

According to Dale Limes, HALO’s Senior Vice President of Sales, “We are pleased to welcome the Branovan Company team to the HALO family. Their affiliation will improve our presence in a key Midwest market and will add blue-chip Branovan Company clients to HALO’s industry-leading support platform.”

David Branovan, A Branovan Company’s President noted, “We wanted to take our business to the next level. HALO’s technology, marketing and financial resources will take a great deal of stress away so we can focus on selling, growing our business, and providing more benefits to our loyal clients.”

HALO Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Jim Stutz, commented, “We continue to attract small distributors like A Branovan Company to the HALO model with our philosophy that you can operate your business more prosperously when you focus on developing strategic client partnerships and allow us to handle operations, IT, marketing and accounting support.”

A Branovan Company will maintain their office in Milwaukee while order support and financial functions will be transferred to HALO’s operational headquarters in Sterling, Illinois immediately.

Audax Private Equity Announces the Acquisition of HALO Branded Solutions

BOSTON, MA (April 14, 2016) –Audax Private Equity ("Audax") today announced that it has partnered with management to acquire HALO Branded Solutions ("HALO"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Headquartered in Sterling, Illinois, HALO is a leading promotional products distributor in the $20 billion per year promotional products industry. The company has a nationwide sales force and expects to continue its profitable growth by offering innovative client solutions, priced competitively, and supported by world-class operations and award-winning marketing.

HALO Branded Solutions Introduces Scholarship Contest

STERLING, IL (February 9, 2016) –HALO Branded Solutions is pleased to announce its support of the next generation of marketing and branding innovators through the introduction of a new college scholarship contest.

Illinois-based promotional product leader HALO Branded Solutions is already a longstanding supporter of the Promotional Products Educational Foundation (PPEF; www.ppef.us) that provides scholarships for promotional products professionals and their dependents. With this new program, HALO is excited to expand its support of up and coming marketing visionaries. The winner of the contest will receive a scholarship for $3,000 toward an undergraduate degree.
