What I Like to talk About

I like to discuss how business owners and entrepreneurs can build businesses the right way and be successful both personally and professionally.

I have a passion for helping others find their "one-note" and bring that to life in everything that they do in business and in their relationships.

I speak to how to shed the idea of the hustle and rather work hard and work on the things that truly matter.

Additionally, I deliver corporate speeches about change management, and how to humanize your corporate culture.

Included in my talks are the most relevant and up to date research as well as stories that bring home the points I am trying to deliver to all of my audiences. 

My Background

I am a 25-year business veteran with experience in both non-profit and for profit.  I have worked in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in both marketing and sales.

Over the last 15-years, I have pursued entrepreneurial ventures with great success. I led my first company to two Inc. 5000 awards and began my second venture in 2017.

I am the author of two books: Driving Demand (2015), which was ranked as a Top 5 Marketing Book of all time by Book Authority and The UnAmerican Dream (2019) which was written for business owners, executives and entrepreneurs. 

I have won numerous awards in the B2B marketing space and am a frequent international keynote speaker.
