Rob held his first leadership position at an incredibly young age of 16 - it was a disaster. The beauty of failure, however, is how rapidly we grow. In Rob's corporate career, he was repeatedly hired to attack something specific, and each time quickly wound up growing a productive, tightly-knit team. Over time, he would learn that his passion is for the success of others, and that making others successful leads to successful projects, products, and companies.
Rob's topics are generally targeted towards how better communications and understanding of what people need leads to better results for everyone. He has recently also begun leveraging his extensive tech background to speak on futurism topics - particularly those that contribute to social leadership.
Rob has 30 years of leadership experience, including 20 years in the challenging world of technology. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and previously has held several technical designations. His best selling technical book serious made him well known for making difficult topics accessible to everyone.
