What I like to talk about

SPEAKING TOPICS:

My program is perfect for any group that is interested in a fun, informative and interactive session on the topic of business innovation.  I will have your group up on their feet for about 10 minutes during the session as everyone will learn to juggle (in three separate 3 - 4 minute segments).  The main portion of my presentation relates the steps in learning to juggle to the steps in the business innovation process.  Innovation is the most important leadership and managerial trait in 21st century business.  I customize the innovation presentation to your audience. Your audience members will find actionable takeaways that can transform their lives and their organizations, including the following:

- Identify client problems and challenges

- Generate ideas to solve those problems

- Evaluate the top solutions

- Design the optimal solutions to improve the customer or client experience
