CAESARS FORUM Construction and Business Milestones Announced
Las Vegas, NV (November 6, 2019) - Caesars Entertainment, one of the most diversified casino-entertainment companies in the world, announced today more than one million room nights and over $390 million is contracted for meetings and events at CAESARS FORUM through 2020 and beyond. CAESARS FORUM, the new, 550,000-square-foot conference facility in Las Vegas, is set to open in March 2020 and is 70% complete, with crews working 24 hours a day, seven days a week to finish the project.
In the last 20 months, more than 125 contracts for meetings and events have been signed. Over 75% of the business booked occurs within the first three years of operations and over 70% represent new business to Caesars Entertainment. Meetings and events industry leaders ConferenceDirect, Cvent, HelmsBriscoe, Meeting Professionals International and Professional Convention Management Association have selected CAESARS FORUM for their annual meetings.

Green Key Global Awards Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, Bally's Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City with Four and Five Green Ratings
Atlantic City - October 8, 2019 - Caesars Entertainment's three Atlantic City properties received "green keys" from Green Key Global for leadership and commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, Bally's Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City participated in the Green Key Meetings Program, designed to assess lodging and event facilities that host meetings of any size. Developed in collaboration with Meeting Professionals International, the Green Key Meetings Program awarded each Caesars Entertainment property at least four out of five keys for their sustainable operations at the facility level. Green Key Global is a 20-year Canadian-based leading international certification body that offers standardized programs and resources, designed specifically for the hotel and meetings industries. The organization is Global Sustainable Tourism Council recognized, affirming their commitment to promoting sustainable tourism products and services.
"Our team members, as well as our customers, have embraced a comprehensive corporate sustainability program," said Steve Van Der Molen, Caesars Entertainment Vice President Meeting Operations, Atlantic City Region. "They are excited about supporting and challenging the status quo and it will help us build a better environment and community in which we live and work. For example, we bale our own cardboard at Harrah's Atlantic City Waterfront Conference Center. Customers are always amazed by the volume of cardboard that is required for meetings and conventions."
Bally's Atlantic City received a five-key rating, while the other two properties received four. Overall, the three Atlantic City properties exemplified high standards of environmental and social responsibility in relation to their meetings and convention facilities and practices. This includes documented energy reduction plans, further strengthened by Caesars Entertainment's specific objectives and numeric targets.
Including Harrah's Atlantic City Waterfront Conference Center - the largest hotel-conference center from Baltimore to Boston - Caesars Entertainment offers over 208,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in Atlantic City. Green Key Global highlighted the meeting space for its tactics used by facility operations to reduce waste during meetings, such as: exclusively electronic communications with meeting planners, donating used goods to the community and displaying a preference for reusable versus disposable table settings.

Harrah's Atlantic City also recently completed a $56 million guest room and suite renovation in its Coastal Tower, featuring 507 finely-appointed guest-rooms & suites. The room and suite upgrades are part of Caesars Entertainment's total investment of over $250 million into its Atlantic City casino-resorts over the last five years, which includes the $125 million Waterfront Conference Center, the revamped Pool After Dark nightclub, and Gordon Ramsay Steak, the seven-Michelin star chef and television personality's first steakhouse concept in the tri-state area.
In contributing to a high sustainability rating, Green Key Global noted Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, Bally's Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City feature guestrooms that have high-efficiency plumbing fixtures. As a whole, Caesars Entertainment reduced its 12-month water usage by over 10% in Atlantic City. Each property also received bonus innovation points for the housekeeping and meetings operations staff's monthly efficiency audits to reduce utility usage and increase water diversion.

Caesars Entertainment Signs More Than $300 Million in Business for CAESARS FORUM, Seven Months Before Opening
LAS VEGAS - September 9, 2019 - Caesars Entertainment, one of the most diversified casino-entertainment companies in the world, announced today that more than $300 million in business has been secured for CAESARS FORUM , the new, 550,000-square-foot conference facility in Las Vegas. In the last 18 months, more than 125 contracts for meetings and events have been signed, with 75% of those contracts being new business. This monumental moment comes as Caesars Entertainment announces the leadership team who will oversee CAESARS FORUM operations when it opens in March 2020.
Meetings and events industry leaders: Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Cvent, ConferenceDirect, and HelmsBriscoe have selected CAESARS FORUM for their annual meetings.

Gordon Ramsay To Bring Award-Winning Hell's Kitchen Restaurant To Lake Tahoe
LAKE TAHOE, NV (Aug. 29, 2019) – Celebrated multi-Michelin star chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay will bring the third Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant to Lake Tahoe, with an anticipated debut in late 2019.
Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN Lake Tahoe will be located in the historic Sage Room at Harveys, which was one of Tahoe’s first fine dining establishments. Sage Room will continue its legacy in 19 Kitchen & Bar location, high atop Harveys with breathtaking views of the lake. Similar to the other HELL’S KITCHEN restaurants, design and menu elements will be pulled directly from the long-running hit FOX reality show.
“It’s been a long dream of mine to bring HELL’S KITCHEN to life and the response to my HELL’S KITCHEN restaurants in Las Vegas and Dubai has been incredible, and I’m thrilled to bring the third to Lake Tahoe,” said Ramsay. “I absolutely fell in love with this area from the breathtaking views of the lake to the amazing skiing nearby, Lake Tahoe has it all. It’s a perfect location for a third HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant.”
Construction on HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant will begin this summer with an expected opening date later this year. The restaurant will feature a nod to the past by leaving Sage Room’s iconic, hand-hewn wooden beams intact. The beams were made from trees that were removed when the road to the property was initially built and have been a prominent design piece since the original log building that housed Harveys Wagon Wheel casino, which first opened in 1944.

The first HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant opened at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in Jan. of 2018 to unprecedented anticipation and acclaim. The second HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant opened at the global hotspot, Caesars Bluewaters Dubai this past spring. Both restaurants have surpassed expectations and continue to be the most sought-after reservation in both cities.
The high-energy restaurant and bar will take its cue directly from the eponymous ITV Entertainment and FOX primetime television hit seen worldwide by millions of viewers, which is slated to premier seasons 19 and 20 in the near future. The restaurant will shine the spotlight on many of HELL’S KITCHEN cast/chef recipes and dishes featured on the show, including many of Chef Ramsay’s signature dishes like the Pan Seared Scallops, Lobster Risotto, Beef Wellington, Crispy Skin Salmon and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

LAS VEGAS (April 12, 2019) - Caesars Palace became "Lisa's Palace" last week as the resort property celebrated the grand opening of Vanderpump Cocktail Garden with television star and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump. Available for events of up to 150, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden is the newest addition to the iconic Los Angeles-based Vanderpump empire and offers exclusive cocktails and bites, all in a garden oasis setting. In addition to a full buyout, there are two venues that planners can choose from, including the interior back lounge which accommodates 50 seated guests or up to 70 standing, as well as the patio for 50 seated guests. Caesars Entertainment Earns Perfect Score in Corporate Equality Index for Twelfth Consecutive Year
LAS VEGAS (April 2, 2019) - Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ:CZR), the world's most diversified casino-entertainment provider, announced today that it continues to lead the gaming-entertainment industry, achieving a perfect score of 100 and earning the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the twelfth year in a row. CEI is a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.
"Now more than ever, it's important for corporations to defend and value human rights. Caesars Entertainment draws on its historic leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion to continue to serve and empower LGBTQ team members, guests and suppliers," said Jan Jones Blackhurst, Executive Vice President, Public Policy & Corporate Responsibility at Caesars Entertainment. In August 2018, Caesars announced new domestic partner benefits for both same- and opposite-sex partners. Benefits include medical, dental and vision plan options, short and long-term disability, life insurance and a selection of other voluntary benefits.
Caesars has long been a leader in the defense of human rights; it was the first hospitality and gaming company to establish an LGBTQ diverse employee group more than a decade ago. It was also first in its industry to provide protections to transgender guests and employees, and to train employees on policies relating to transgender employees and guests. Caesars Entertainment Partners with Event Design Collective to Introduce the Event Design Certificate (EDC) program
LAS VEGAS (March 14, 2019) - Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR, "Caesars Entertainment" or "Caesars"), the world's most geographically diversified casino-entertainment company, partners with Event Design Collective GmbH (EDCo), the globally active creators and trainers of the Event Design using the Event Canvas™ methodology based in Switzerland (as well as the Netherlands, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, France and the Philippines) to introduce an innovative approach and Event Design Certificate program in designing meetings and events for the future. With the goal to certify 1,000 meetings industry professionals including Caesars Entertainment sales and convention services teams as "CED - Certified Event Designers" by 2022, Caesars Entertainment just concluded a three-day training course in Las Vegas. This is the beginning of a 36 month partnership providing Event Design Collective's immersive training and coaching program. Caesars Entertainment Secures Over Half a Million Room Nights for Groups at CAESARS FORUM,
LAS VEGAS (February 14, 2019) - Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR, "Caesars Entertainment" or "Caesars"), the world's most geographically diversified casino-entertainment company, announces that over half a million room nights at Caesars Entertainment properties are booked for groups at CAESARS FORUM for 2020 and beyond.
As a $375 million conference facility in Las Vegas, CAESARS FORUM will be the first facility of this size built on one level and is equivalent in size to twenty-seven tennis courts or three ice hockey rinks that will open in 2020. Caesars Entertainment Announces Plans For First Non-Gaming Hotel In The U.S., Introduces Caesars Republic Brand
LAS VEGAS (January 28, 2019) - Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR), the world's most diversified casino-entertainment company today announced plans to open Caesars Republic Scottsdale, its first non-gaming hotel in the United States, as part of its plan to expand its brands and loyalty network through its licensing strategy.
Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be located adjacent to the region's premier luxury retail destination, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and will be a four-star hotel developed by HCW Development and operated by Aimbridge Hospitality. Caesars Entertainment will license its brand, advise on design elements and integrate the industry's leading loyalty network, Total Rewards.

This modern 11 story glass structure with 266 rooms will be developed at the intersection of North Goldwater and East Highland Avenue. This high-profile location will allow the Caesars Republic Scottsdale guests the ability to walk to the state's most elegant mall.
The interior décor will feature rich textures and strong architecture, juxtaposing soft curves and bold accents in a chic and classy lobby, with designs curated throughout the guest rooms. The first-floor bar will be the spot for an after-work cocktail or glass of wine after a day of shopping. The signature restaurant will feature a sophisticated, high-energy environment that will synergize with surrounding trade areas, catering to both locals and hotel guests alike. There will be an abundance of outdoor seating on the patio with fantastic views of Camelback Mountain. In addition, there will be a coffee shop, ideal for a casual business breakfast or as a grab-and-go option for those on the run.
The guest room experience will set the standard for rooms and amenities in Scottsdale. In addition to the mixture of kings, double queens, one and two-bedroom suites, the hotel will also feature a bridal suite, and on the 11th floor, five luxury entertainment suites. On the second floor, there are five breakout rooms which will accommodate up to 40 people each or can be opened for events up to 200. The second-floor executive board room is capable of seating 16 at a permanent table.
Caesars Republic Scottsdale will house a 7,000-square foot column-free ballroom with 34-foot sliding glass doors which open out onto the adjacent lawn, suitable for outdoor events for up to 600 people. The ballroom is divisible into four sections and can accommodate banquets up to 500. The over 300-foot-wide and 200-plus-ton steel truss marks the first of over a mile of trusses that will be used in construction. "This is an exciting step towards the development of CAESARS FORUM which will redefine the offerings for meetings and events in Las Vegas," said Michael Massari, Chief Sales Officer at Caesars Entertainment. "The setting of the first steel truss marks an important milestone in the CAESARS FORUM construction process.
