The center offers 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space - the largest conference room is the Americana Ballroom, with 28,000 square feet (up to four Salons). This room seats over 7,000 guests banquet-style. The Poinciana Ballroom offers 6,270 square feet and, in addition, there are 21 additional meeting rooms, salons and parlors ranging in size from 300–4,000 square feet.
