Harvest Festival Original Art & Craft Show Returns to the Ontario Convention Center

Ontario, CA (July 25, 2016) A haven for all things handmade, the Ontario Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Show returns to the Ontario Convention Center October 7-9 with a stunning array of 24,000 original creations all under one roof. With live entertainment, strolling entertainers, crafting demonstrations, contests, and a Kidzone, the festivities transform shopping into an adventure.

Over the past 44 years, the Harvest Festival has grown to become recognized as the largest indoor arts & crafts showcase on the west coast. The nation’s finest artists and crafters come together in this juried showcase to celebrate the fall season. Shoppers can choose from an array of jewelry, ceramics, blown glass, woodcarvings, clothing and accessories, fall décor, ornaments, specialty foods, furniture, and more. Many artists can personalize purchases for the perfect gift.

“We work year round to put together a first class event that unites Festival goers with the artists who embrace the opportunity to share their passion,” says Nancy Glenn, Harvest Festival event veteran and new owner. “There’s something special for everyone that begins the moment you walk through the door.”

Ontario, CA (April 12, 2016) – The Ontario Convention Center is proud to announce the annual Big Train Show is coming to town for two days in May! The public is invited to step aboard for the celebration of the annual show. Whether you are a serious collector, model train enthusiast, or just getting started The Big Train Show is not to be missed! This show features trains of all scales and gauges for all types of collectors or anyone that enjoys the love of trains!

Tickets: $10 pre -sale, $12 at the door, kids 12 and under are FREE, Group discounts are available

USA TRAIN BANQUET
Saturday, May 22 includes dinner, entertainment, and each group receives a specially designed
limited edition train car – Tickets: $45 per person

This is wonderful opportunity to bring your children or grandchildren to a show that exposes many of them to something brand new! Step back in time with the nostalgic toys of yesteryear and enjoy a day with the trains. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge to The Big Train Show. This show is designed to promote toy trains to even the youngest enthusiast. Train rides are available for children, for a nominal fee. Everyone attending will be amazed by the huge operating train layouts that are on display. Many make real train sounds and some even simulate live steam!

Those looking to become involved with model railroading will find that The Big Train Show is the place to learn about the different scales and gauges. Experienced modelers will show you how it’s done. Clinics and workshops on a variety of topics are held each day throughout the event. Collectors and dealers from across the country that carry rare and hard to find items not offered in local hobby shops will be on hand with a selection of trains and toys. If you're interested in the hobby, you won't find a better place for model railroading. Representatives from Manufactures and Hobby Dealers will showcase the latest and greatest in railroading and answer question or offer advice, to help you decide what products best meet your needs.
