Since 1993 NIC has been committed to providing a forum to bring together leaders in the financing and investment side of seniors housing and care with the goal of educating owners, operators, developers, capital providers, researchers, academics and public policy analysts on trends and investment aspects of the sector to help advance the quality and availability of seniors housing and care options.
