Since 1993 NIC has been committed to providing a forum to bring together leaders in the financing and investment side of seniors housing and care with the goal of educating owners, operators, developers, capital providers, researchers, academics and public policy analysts on trends and investment aspects of the sector to help advance the quality and availability of seniors housing and care options.
Proceeds from our events are used to fund research, education, and increased transparency that facilitate informed investment decisions, quality outcomes and leadership development in seniors housing and care.
The NIC Spring Investment Forum is the only industry conference where seniors housing, skilled nursing, and post-acute operators can connect with capital providers to efficiently source funding options for the housing and care they deliver to seniors.
